As every year at this time, we are to hold the Christmas drawing contest. This year, we are staging the fourteenth edition of the contest and, as always, I would like to remind you that it is open to all children under 15 years of age whose parents work at MBHA. The drawings will be classified into two categories, “under-6s” and “over-7s”. You can pick up a copy of the contest rules and the documentation you need to participate at reception.
The drawings must be about Christmas and any technique can be used (watercolours, wax crayons, etc.). They must be submitted by Monday, 27 November. The winning drawings will be published as the front cover of the next newsletter and the winning artists will receive a prize. In addition, the greeting cards we usually send our customers will be decorated with the winning drawings of the previous edition; in other words, this year’s Christmas cards will show the drawings by Pablo Casanovas and Andrea Segarra.
The prizes will be given at 17:30 on Friday, 1 December. There will be a snack, a show, surprises for the children and a gift for everyone taking part. (Please confirm attendance at reception).
As a new thing this year, we are launching the first campaign to collect toys and food.
Anyone wanting to help others and give a gift to those who need it most can bring (that same afternoon) children’s toys or books and/or non-perishable food.
Please remember that the toys must be in good condition so that the child who receives them can learn and have fun like your children have.
With this initiative we also want to contribute to responsible consumption and to the protection and care of the environment. But it also helps us to instil in our children fundamental values for better social development: solidarity, social awareness and altruism.
We look forward to you taking part.
